Today is the first day of trying the Wahls diet. This was my breakfast. Mushrooms, spinach, and red pepper with a homemade lemon, black pepper, and olive oil dressing. Definitely need to work on the dressing. I didn’t put enough lemon juice in it which left it pretty bland. I’m going to try and create a good dressing that I can stash in the refrigerator. Maybe a little garlic infusion would be nice?
Anyway, I’ll track my progress on here and post any good recipes or tips I develop or come across.
That’s all for now, and I’m still working on the steroid post. It’s slow going.
